From idea to your shelter for the night!

1990 the Mathies family moved to the farm Staffenstorp, in Linderöd. It was the closness to nature and greenery that attracted. After several misunderstandings about the farm´s name it was changed to Linderödsgården. 

After the family got rid of the cattle in 1997 they started to make plans for what the buildings could be used to instead. After a few years of thinking they started to rebuild the farm in 2002.

Högloftet was converted into livingroom and bedrooms while the pighouse was converted to SPA. Where the manure pile once was there is now a parking lot.

July 4, 2004 was the first day Linderödsgården Bed & Breakfast was open. At this time the 
livingroom, the rooms Gula Vipan, Blå Böste, Gröna Ö Torn, Lila Linderöd, Röda Rummet and
Bösarp were ready. In the evening the first guests, a couple from Denmark, came. They were first to inauguratethe room Gula Vipan. Later two holiday apartments Eden and Paradise was built on the ground floor and a half year later the SPA was ready.

The farm is still alive as we constantly see new opportunities to renew and we have many ideas left that we would like to realize.
